摘要
设计了三偏心等离子自动堆焊系统中的蝶阀轨迹跟踪系统;在开环控制基础上采用双传感器实现闭环控制;选择了合适的传感器和步进电机并设计了接口电路;性能测试和焊接结果表明:该设备设计合理、运行稳定、可靠,焊接质量优良。
The automatic tracking system of triple eccentric butterfly valve plasma cladding welding is designed and studied.On the basis of open-loop control,we use two sensors to achieve closed-loop control.The experiment performance and welding result shows that this system can be operated steadily and reliably, and the good quality can be obtained.
