焊接专机是一种刚性或半刚性的自动化焊接设备,不同于柔性自动化的焊接机器人。在此设计了一台汽车连杆类焊专机,介绍了焊接专机的工作原理、机械系统、控制系统、焊接参数、焊接工艺等。该焊接专机结构合理,利用PLC进行自动控制,降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,改善了工件焊接质量。

Special welding machine is rigid or semi-rigid automation welding equipment,unlike flexible automation welding robot. This paper introduces an automobile connecting rod type special welding machine ,including work principle ,mechanical system, control system, control software design, welding parameters, welding technology and so on.This special welding machine has rational structure, uses PLC for automatic control, reduces labor intensity, and improves work efficiency and welding quality of workpiece.
