摘要
采用2 kW横向流动的CO2激光器,对汽缸缸套重熔处理,采用三因子二次回归正交组合设计计算方法进行实验结果处理,得到了缸套激光重熔处理最佳工艺参数,讨论了各工艺参数对硬化区尺寸的影响规律,并分析了硬化区组织性能之间的关系。
Cylinder liner was re-melted using the cross-flow CO2 laser at 2 kW.The experimental results were analyzed through three factors by two orthogonal regression design methods.The optimum processing parameters of laser re-melting cylinder liner were obtained.The influence of processing parameters on the size of the hardened zone was discussed.And the effect of microstructures on properties of the hardened zone was also analyzed.
