摘要 本文利用单因子轮换法和正交设计法探讨了烧结焊剂中各种成分及烧结温度对焊缝扩散氢含量的影响规律,实验采用甘油法,利用自制烧结焊剂配合金属所专用焊丝,该项研究成果对生产具有一定指导作用。 Research was carried out into general laws of influence of each component and sinter temperature on the diffused hydrogen content for welding metal by turns of each component and orthonormal optimum seeking method in this paper.The test adopts glycerol methods and welding wire researched by Institute Of Metal Research matching with agglomerated flux by ourselves. The results are directed effects to production.
