摘要
烘炉是循环流化床锅炉调试的首要环节,其关系到日后锅炉的正常运行。唐山中润煤化工有限公司热电站1#循环流化床锅炉在烘炉后出现了返料器处浇注料脱落等问题,为此在随后的2#、3#循环流化床锅炉烘炉上实施了相应的改进措施,使烘炉圆满完成。
Baker is circulates the most important link of debugs of circulating fluidized bed boiler,which is related to the later operation of the boiler.The 1# circulating fluidized bed boiler of the power station of Tangshan Zhongrun Coal Chemical Co.Ltd has had problems of refractory castables falling off at in the material returner appeared after baker,so corresponding improvement measures have been taken on the fallowing 2# and 3# circulation fluidized bed boilers to make sure the baker is fully accomplished.
