摘要
利用GC-MS分析60%与40%,70%与30%、80%与20%三种不同配比胡麻油和菜籽油混合油脂肪酸组成。结果表明:三个不同配比胡麻油和菜籽油混合油脂肪酸组成不同,其亚麻酸含量随着菜籽油添加比例减少而增加,分别为34.33%、39.51%和41.75%;芥酸含量随着菜籽油添加比例增加而增加。说明菜籽油添加会影响胡麻油食用品质。
The fatty acids in the mixtures of 60% and 40% ,70% and 40%, 80% and 20% linseed oil with rapeseed oil were separated and identified by GC-MS.The fatty acids in the mixd oils were different with the ratio of the linseed oil and rapeseed oil. Especially the contents of linoleic acid were decreased with the proportion of rapseed oil, which were 34.33%, 39.51%and 41.75% in three mixed oil samples. The contents of erucic acid were increased with the proportion of rapseed oil. Experimental results indicated that the rapeseed oil could influence the quality of linseed oil.
