摘要
提出一个多变量预测函数控制算法,它是模型预测控制算法的一个分支,是基于预测函数控制思想以及Smith预估器推导得到的,是单变量预测函数控制算法的推广.针对壳牌公司的重油催化裂化分馏塔装置,进行计算机仿真实验.仿真结果表明,在多变量一阶加纯滞后系统控制中,该控制算法比单变量的预测函数控制算法具有更好的控制品质.
A multivariable predictive functional control algorithm is presented, which is a branch of model predictive techniques family. It is deduced with the theory of predictive functional control and Smith predictor, and is the extension of single variable predictive functional control. A computer simulation case study for the control of Shell Oil's heavy oil fractionator is presented. The result displays that the presented muhivariable predictive functional control algorithm is of better control performance than the single variable predictive functional control in the multivariable first order plus dead time system.
