稀土Tb^(3+)掺杂SiO_2纳米材料的溶胶-凝胶法制备及发光性能分析 被引量:2

Preparation and Characterization of Sol-Gel Derived Tb^(3+)Doped SiO_2 Nanocomposites and Its Photoluminescence Properties

摘要 利用溶胶-凝胶技术制备了不同浓度Tb^(3+)掺入SiO_2纳米玻璃材料,并通过对样品的X-射线衍射以及激发光谱、发射光谱的测试来分析研究纳米材料在不同稀土离子掺杂浓度和不同退火温度处理下的材料结构和发光性质.同时,对于Ce^(3+)和Tb^(3+)共掺杂的SiO_2材料的发光性质进行了较为深入的研究,得到了一些新的有趣的实验结果. Under various doping concentrations and co-doping with cerium ions (Ce^3+), terbium ions (Tb^3+) doped SiO2 nanocomposites were prepared successfully by using a modified sol-gel method, Through the characterization of X-Ray diffraction and the examination of excitation and emission spectra, the photoluminescence properties of the samples are investigated under various doping concentrations and different anneal treatment temperatures. Some new and interesting photoluminescence properties of single Tb^3+ doping and co-doping of Tb^3+ and Ce^3+ SiO2 glass were discovered.
