摘要
本文通过利用甲醇浸提、单因素试验和正交试验探讨了从甜杨桃中提取黄酮的最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明:提取时间为3h,料液比为1:80,提取温度为70℃。总黄酮提取效率最好。
In this paper, the methanol extraction conditions of total flavonoids fi'om sweet carambola were optimized by single factor and orthogonal tests. The results showed that the best extraction time, ratio of solid to liquid and temperature were 3 h, 1:80 and 80℃, respectively.
