摘要
对蔗糖溶液进行了脱色效果的研究,并在420nm波长下采用分光光度计测定溶液的吸光度,筛选出适宜的脱色条件。试验表明,椰壳活性炭对蔗糖溶液的最佳脱色条件为:椰壳活性炭用量1.5%,溶液pH3.5,脱色温度70℃,脱色时间20min,在此条件下,蔗糖溶液的脱色率可达81.01%。
The decoloring conditions of sucrose solution by coconut shell active carbon were studied using spectrophotometer at 420 nm. It indicated that the best amount of coconut shell active carbon, the pH value of the solution, temperature and the decoloring time were 1.5%, 3.5, 70℃ and 20 min, respectively, under which the decoloring rate reached 81.01%.
