云南省生态环境需水研究初探

Preliminary study on eco-environmental water demand of Yunnan Province

对生态环境需水量的概念和计算方法进行了综述和探讨,结合云南省水资源综合规划项目配置阶段的规划分析成果进行了实践探索。研究表明采用的方法可操作性强,模型概念清晰,得到的结果合理可行,在水利规划设计和水资源管理工作中可以逐步地普及推广。

Summarization and discussion are made on the concept and calculation method for water demand, and then a practical research is carried out in combination with the actual case of the planning analysis for the project of the comprehensive planning of water resources in Yunnan Province. The study shows that the method adopted in the study concerned is more applicable, for which the concept of the model is clear with reasonable availability, and can be gradually popularized in the planning, design and management of water resources.
