摘要
云龙水库大坝基础灌浆对两岸卸荷裂隙、坝基断层、节理裂隙及岩溶溶隙大耗浆量部位采用砂石加工水洗沉淀废料超细砂掺和,掺和量为33%。结果显示,浆液流动性较好,粘度不大,有利于灌注和浆液的扩散,结石抗压强度、抗渗性能满足工程要求,节约工程投资。
During the foundation grouting for the dam of Yunlong Reservoir, the grouting material mixed with the super-fine sand (33%) got from the debris spoiled from the artifical aggregate processing system after washing and depositing. The grouting material is favorable to grouting and diffusing with better fluidness and less viscidity, and then both the compressive strength of the cementation and the anti-seepage behavior of it can meet the requirement of the construction along with the saved investment as well.
