黄芪精口服液对紫癜性肾炎患儿尿TGF-β1的影响

Effect of Huangqijing Oral Liquor on the Urine TGF-β1 of Henoch schonlein Purpura Nephritis Children Patients

目的:探讨黄芪精口服液对过敏性紫癜肾炎(HSPN)患儿尿转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的影响。方法:检测43例小儿过敏性紫癜尿TGF-β1水平,观察黄芪精口服液对HSPN患儿尿TGF-β1的影响。结果:HSPN患儿尿TGF-β1显著升高,黄芪精口服液可降低HSPN尿TGF-β1水平。结论:HSPN患儿尿TGF-β1显著升高,黄芪精口服液可降低HSPN患儿尿TGF-β1水平。

Objective: To observe the effect of Huangqijing Oral Liquor on the urine transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) of henoch schonlein purpura nephritis(HSPN) children patients.Methods: The level of the urine TGF-β1 of 43 anaphylactic purpura nephritis children patients was determined to observe the effect of Huangqijing Oral Liquor on them.Results: The urine TGF-β1 of the HSPN patients obviously improved.Huangqijing Oral Liquor could lower the level of urine TGF-β1 of the HSPN patients.Conclusion: The urine TGF-β1 of the HSPN patients obviously improved.Huangqijing Oral Liquor could lower the level of urine TGF-β1 of the HSPN patients.
