白族药西归中阿魏酸的含量测定

Determination of Ferulic Acid in Seselopsis of Bai People's Medicine

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定白族药西归中阿魏酸的含量。方法：色谱柱为Agilent ZORBASB—C18（4．6×150mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇：0．1％磷酸水溶液（30：70），流速为1．0ml／min，检测波长为320nm，柱温为30℃。结果：阿魏酸在0．0202～0．202ug范围内线性关系良好，回归方程为A=3089．3C＋3．8794（r=0．9999），加样平均回收率为99．66％，RSD为1．06％。结论：本法操作简便、准确、重现性好。

Objective: To make a high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) method to determine ferulic acid in seselopsis of Bai people's medicine.Methods: The liquid chromatography was used as Agilent ZORBA SB-C18(4.6×150mm,5μm).The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphonic acid aqueous solution(30:70).The mobile rate was 1.0ml/min at 30oC.The detection wavelength was 320nm with the column temperature at 30oC.Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.0202-0.202ug.The regression equator was A=3089.3C+3.8794(r=0.9999).The average recovery rate was 99.66%.RSD was 0.05%.Conclusion: The method is simple,precise and reliable with good reappearance.
