摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定白族药西归中阿魏酸的含量。方法:色谱柱为Agilent ZORBASB—C18(4.6×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇:0.1%磷酸水溶液(30:70),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为320nm,柱温为30℃。结果:阿魏酸在0.0202~0.202ug范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为A=3089.3C+3.8794(r=0.9999),加样平均回收率为99.66%,RSD为1.06%。结论:本法操作简便、准确、重现性好。
Objective: To make a high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) method to determine ferulic acid in seselopsis of Bai people's medicine.Methods: The liquid chromatography was used as Agilent ZORBA SB-C18(4.6×150mm,5μm).The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphonic acid aqueous solution(30:70).The mobile rate was 1.0ml/min at 30oC.The detection wavelength was 320nm with the column temperature at 30oC.Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.0202-0.202ug.The regression equator was A=3089.3C+3.8794(r=0.9999).The average recovery rate was 99.66%.RSD was 0.05%.Conclusion: The method is simple,precise and reliable with good reappearance.
