摘要 目的探讨人脑水肿时脑红蛋白(neuroglobin,NGB)的表达变化及其意义。方法人脑组织标本分正常对照组和脑水肿组,分别进行HE及免疫组织化学染色、图像学分析及统计学处理。结果脑水肿组NGB的表达明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑水肿时NGB表达上调,可能有神经保护作用及部分抗脑水肿作用。 Objective To explore the expression of neuroglobin (NGB) in human brain edema and its significance. Methods Samples divided into the control group and the brain edema group. The expression of NGB was observed by HE staining and immunohistochemical method, the image anal- ysis and statistical treatment. Result The expression level of NGB was significantly higher of the brain edema group than that of the normal control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The up-regulated expression of NGB in human brain edema implied that the NGB may have neuroprotective effect and be against brain edema.
