本文通过工程实例介绍了建筑物楼板渗漏的防水堵漏及维修管理,以及在施工中堵与防的配合,提出了涂膜柔性材料与水不漏刚性防水材料进行复合设防的堵漏技术措施。

This paper introduced waterproof and leaking stoppage and maintenance of building floor slab seepage through project example, and suggested the waterproof and leaking stoppage technical measure that using both ble coating material and rigid waterproof material.
