构建世博会特供食品质量与安全保障体系的思考 被引量:1

摘要 该文论述了世博会食品供给的特点,构建世博特供食品安全保障体系的目标,并针对世博特供食品质量与安全保障体系建设的关键问题展开讨论,提出建设世博食品特供基地、食品安全信息化平台,以及完善特供食品安全应急处理机制;此外,对世博会特供食品质量与安全保障体系的建设提出了相关的建议。 The characteristics of food supply in the Expo 2010 Shanghai China was analyzed, the purpose of construct on the quality and safety controlled system for Expo 2010 Shanghai was also proposed. The keynotes to build this system were discussed in details. It was suggested to screen out some bases of food for specialization, build an information system and to perfect the meeting system of emergency of food for specialization of Expo 2010 Shanghai. The suggestions on how to build this system were also brought forward.
