摘要
简析我国食品添加剂生产企业监管目前主要存在六个方面问题,着重从政府监管体系、企业诚信体系、行业协调体系等三大体系建设初步提出监管对策。
This assay introduces that the supervision about manufacturing enterprise of food additives in China exists six problems. The focus is to bring forward three systems about manufacturing enterprise of food additives. It embraces the supervision system of government and the honesty system of manufacturing enterprise and the harmony system of industry.
