摘要
实验结果表明,用展开剂乙酸乙酯∶无水乙醇∶水∶氨水=5∶5∶4∶0.45,显色剂为苯胺-二苯胺-磷酸,点样量为2μg/μL,可将壳低聚糖单糖至六糖各组分分开,斑点清晰,圆形,无拖尾,分离效果好。以薄层比色法测定壳聚糖酶解液中壳低聚糖的含量,具有样品回收率高,相对误差较小,方法简便,准确性高等优点,适合于壳低聚糖常规检验。
In this paper, the determination of Oligo-chitosan was analysised by thin layer chromagraphy. The suitable parameter is gotten when developing agent is ethyl acetate:alcohol:water: ammonia water=5:5:4:0.45, chromogenic agent is aniline-diphenylamine-phosphricacid. It was convenient and accurate and this way was proved to be dependable.
