二维轴对称焊接残余应力场的弹塑性近似解及结果分析

A Simplified Elasto Plastic soutlion to 2 D Axisymmetrical Residual Stress Field of Welding

采用弹塑性理论，对二维轴对称焊接残余应力场建立了近似的计算模型，得到了近似解．计算结果表明：该模型得出的残余应力场的分布特征同实验结果基本符合，从而可用到工程焊接件的实际估算中去。

In this paper a simple model based on elasto plastic theory is proposed for 2-D axisymmetrieal residual stress field of welding, and the model result shows the feature of the distribution of the residual stress field is in accordance with those obtained by the experiment, thus it can be useful for the engineering gvaluation.
