凉茶不只是一种医药饮品,而且成为广东特有的文化品牌;"凉茶现象"也不只是一种经济现象,更是一种文化现象。"凉茶现象"内孕于岭南文化,与岭南传统文化有着深厚的内在联系,具有鲜明的地域性、商业性、开放性、创新性、抗争性等特点。
Antipyretic tea in Guangdong is not only a medical beverage, but has become a special cultural brand. Antipyretictea is not only an economic phenomenon, but also a cultural one. The antipyretic phenomenon was bred within Guangdongculture and is intrinsically and profoundly related to Guangdong culture. It has striking regional and commercial characteris-tics and is open, innovative and resistant.
