摘要
提出了油/水两相水解法精制六氯环三磷腈工艺。将4g粗六氯环三磷腈溶于30mL石油醚(90~120℃)中,按1:2(mL/mL)的油水比加入蒸馏水,温度60℃下剧烈搅拌8h,5℃水中结晶,精制六氯环三磷腈纯度达98.3%,收率76.1%。
A technology used to refine hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene with oil/water hydrolysis is put forward. We put 4 g crude hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene into 30 mL light petroleum(90~120 ℃), then add distilled water to the system according to the oil/water ration 1 : 2(mL/mL ) and stir the liquid under the temperature 60℃ about 8 hours. The refined hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene is crystallized at 5 ℃ in water, and it purity is up to 98.2%. The recycle yield is 73%.
