摘要
介绍了电喷雾电离质谱(主要包括电喷雾电离质谱的组成、基本原理、离子化的影响因素)及其在多糖和蛋白质中的应用。随着电喷雾电离质谱在生物大分子研究领城的普及和仪器自动化程度的不断提高,该技术的发展将会更加迅速。
Electrospray Ionization-Mass Spectrometry (ESI-MS), including the composition, basic principle and the influence of the ionization, and it application in the polysaccharides and proteins are introduced here. With its developments in biomacromolecules research area and improvements of the instrument, the technique will make more progress.
