The Design and Implementation of the Display Module for the Full Color LED Screen

该文提出了一种提高室外全彩LED大屏幕显示单元的显示质量和延长使用寿命的设计方案。根据白平衡和色还原度相关理论,以及对LED大屏幕安装与使用过程的具体分析,采取了改变LED配比、设计LED倾角、添加封装绝缘层、加装防光隔栅罩等方式,从而大大改善了LED大屏幕的显示效果,并延长了其使用寿命。

This paper proposes a method to improve the display quality of the display module and increase the life- time of the LED screen. By researching the theories of white balance and chmma fidelity, and the methods of in- stallation and using of LED screen, changing the LED proportion, designing the LED angle, adding the insulative encapsulation and lightproof grating, it improves the display quality and increases the lifetime of LED screen.
