摘要
建立测定氟灭酸含量的高效液相色谱分析方法.采用Symmetry C18色谱柱(3.9 mm×150 mm,5μm),以含1%乙酸的甲醇-水(80∶20)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min^-1,紫外检测波长为287 nm,柱温35℃,进样量10μL.实验结果表明:线性范围为0.5~50.0 mg·L^ -1(r=0.999 7),检出限为22μg·L^ -1,方法平均回收率99.8%,RSD为0.98%.本方法简便,快速,适合于氟灭酸的定量控制分析.
A RP-HPLC method was developed to determine the content of flufenamic acid.The separation was accomplished on a Symmetry C18 column(3.9 mm ×150 mm,5 μm) with an aqueous methanol solution(80∶20) containing 1% acetic acid as a mobile phase.The column temperature was set at 35 ℃ and the flow rate was controlled at 1.0 mL·min^-1.Injection volume was 10 μL.The detection wavelength of UV was 287 nm.The results indicated that the linear range was from 0.5 to 50 mg·L^-1r= 0.999 7),the detection limit was 0.022 mg·L^-1the average recovery was 99.8 %(n=9),RSD was 0.98 %.The method is simple,quick,accurate,and especially suitable for the quality control of flufenamic acid.
