摘要
微波辐照下,用聚硅氧烷对天然橡胶表面进行了处理。研究了改性后胶膜的耐溶剂性能,通过扫描电镜研究了天然橡胶表面改性后的表面结构。实验结果表明:聚硅氧烷在天然橡胶表面分布均匀,呈球状规整排列,经聚硅氧烷改性后的天然胶膜在非极性溶剂环己烷中呈线性排列,并有互穿结构的趋势。与纯天然胶膜相比,改性后的胶膜在非极性溶剂环己烷中浸泡后的质量变化百分率为33.8%,较纯天然胶膜的65.4%有了明显的降低。说明微波下,经聚硅氧烷改性后的天然胶膜的表面具有良好的耐溶剂性能。
The surface modification of natural rubber (NR) was carried out by grafting polyorganosiloxane under microwave irradiation. The solvent resistance of modified NR was studied and the microstructure was investigated by using scanning electron microscope. The results indicated that polyorganosiloxane was the bullet distribution on the surface of the NR, after dipped the modified NR into the cyclohexane for some time, the shape of polyorganosiloxane turned from the bullet distribution to linear, with interconnected structure. The weight change fraction of modified NR was 33.8%, which decreased obviously compared to 65.4% of pure NR. It indicated that the modified NR had excellent solvent-resistance.
