摘要
可靠性研究工作贯穿产品的设计、制造、生产直到使用、报废的全过程。因而根据化学电源的特征量的变化去判断它的可靠性,是研究设计和生产者的责任,也是使用者最为关心的问题。本文通过大量的可靠性实验工作主要包括小型蓄电池寿命分布试验,原电池寿命分布试验,来研究化学电源寿命分布,研究结果表明蓄电池可靠性寿命分布服从指数分布,原电池寿命分布服从正态分布。
The reliability study involves the whole process of the design, fabrication, production, utilization and scrapping of the product. Therefore, it is the design and production researcher's duty and the user's major concern to judge the reliability of the chemical power source according to its diagnostic quantity change. This paper dealed with a large number of reliability tests to study life distribution of chemical power source, including mainly the tests of the life distribution of the small-sized storage battery and those of the life distribution of the primary battery. The research findings showed that the life distribution of the storage battery reliability was exponential and that of the primary battery was normal.
