摘要
用电沉积法直接提取氰化液中的金,是根据溶液中金氰络阴离子Au(CN)2-的沉积原理,在直流电场作用下,使金在阴极上析出。本文介绍了电沉积回收金技术的原理及研究现状,重点阐述了电沉积回收金技术的影响因素和存在的问题,其中,影响因素主要包括阴极材料、游离氰化物、pH、电流密度值以及其它因素对金回收的影响,存在的问题主要是电沉积过程中电流效率太低。
Direct electrodeposition extracting of gold from cyanide solutions bases upon the deposition of gold-cyanide complex Au(CN)2^- in the solution, and makes gold depositing at the cathode under direct electric field. This paper introduced the technique of gold recovery and research status, and special expatiated its influencing factor which included cathode materials, cyanide solution, pH, electric current density and so on, and its existent problem which electric current efficiency was too low in the electrodeposition process was also introduced.
