摘要 针对湛江奥里油发电厂的工程特点,对凝结水精处理系统工艺采用了前置过滤除铁+混床的处理方式,确保电厂启动和正常运行时凝结水的水质达标。离子交换树脂再生采用了英国KENNICOTT公司先进的"锥体分离"体外再生方式,在保证机组运行安全的同时,确保了树脂分离的效率。该工程的精处理设备布置也具有很强的特点,有一定借鉴价值。 In accordance with the characteristics of Zhanjiang Ao Li You power plant, condensate polishing plant was designed as Ultipleat Highflow Filter + Mix Bed to insure the condensate qualified during start-up and normal operation. Conesep R was adopted for resin regeneration. This advanced regenerating method insured boiler and turbine security as well as the resin separating efficiency. Layout of condensate polishing equipment was particular designed which could be used for reference of similar plants.
