摘要 综述了冷作模具钢的性能及分类,指出了传统冷作模具钢的局限性和新型冷作模具钢的优势。从化学成分、组织结构、力学性能和使用寿命等方面,对新型冷作模具钢如低合金冷作模具钢—GD(6CrMnNiMoVSi)钢、基体钢—65Nb(65Cr4W3Mo2VNb)钢和CG-2(6Cr4Mo3Ni2WV)钢、高韧性高耐磨性冷作模具钢—LD (7Cr7Mo2V2Si)钢和GM(9Cr6W3Mo2V2)钢等,进行对比和实例分析,指出应合理选择及应用新型冷作模具钢,从而提高模具使用寿命。 Properties and types of cold working die steel were summarized, and the disadvantages of traditional cold working die steels and advantages of new cold working die steels were put forward. From the aspects of chemical composition, structure, mechanical properties and life-span, new cold working die steels, such as steel of GD (6CrMnNiMoVSi), 65Nb (65Cr4W3Mo2VNb) and CG-2 (6Cr4Mo3Ni2WV), LD (TCrTMo2V2Si) and GM (9Cr6W3Mo2V2) were compared, meanwhile, the practical examples were analyzed. It was pointed out that proper choice and application of new cold working die steels could prolong the life span of dies.
