摘要
针对某航空发动机GH901合金涡轮轴锻件的粗晶、组织不均匀、超声波探伤杂波超标和最终性能不合格问题,对涡轮轴锻造工艺进行了研究。分析了新旧两种锻造工艺对锻件组织和性能的影响,认为,采用"改锻→拔长→镦头"的新变形工艺可以优化GH901合金涡轮轴锻件的组织和性能。通过工艺改进,产品合格率由原来的50%提高到了几乎100%。所生产锻件的组织、性能、超声波探伤等各项指标全部满足技术标准的要求,且已经过试车考核,装机使用。
In order to slove the problems of the bigger grain size, ununiforrnity of the structure, ineligibility of ultrasonic test and ineligible property, the forging process of the GH901 alloy shaft of a certain aeronautical engine was studied by analyzing the influence of the old and new processes on the structure and property of forging, and a new process of "reforming-drawing out-upsetting top end" was used which could optimize the structure and property of the GH901 alloy shaft forging. By improving the forging process, the eligibility rate could be increased from 50% to 100%. The structure, property and ultrasonic test could meet the requirement of the specification. The process was checked by test and now it is being used.
