复杂形状涂层激光重熔CAM软件的开发与实践

Development and practice of laser re-melting CAM software for complex shape coatings

摘要 根据激光重熔和多轴联动数控加工的特点,研究了复杂形状涂层激光重熔数控加工的轨迹生成算法,开发了激光重熔CAM软件,并且以抽油杆管接头热锻模为实例对软件进行实验验证。重熔后模具的表面硬度由HRC40提高到HRC50,满足其要求,取得了良好的表面改质效果。 According to the characteristics of laser re-melting and multi-axes synchronous NC machining, the path generation algorithm of laser re-melting NC machining for the complex shape coatings was studied and the laser re-melting CAM software was also developed. The software was verified by the laser re-melting experiment of hot-forging die of pipe joint for sucker rods, and the die surface hardness increased from HRCA0 to HRC50 after laser re-melting. The experiment results are quite satisfactory and meet the challenge.
