Synthesis of a novel surfactant sodium 4-polyethylene glycol dibezenesulfonate and its use to catalyze the three-component one-pot Mannich reaction in water

报道了以聚乙二醇(PEG)为原料,经氯代,偶联制备新型表面活性剂聚乙二醇醚基双苯磺酸钠(DPSAS-PEG)的方法及其在催化水相中芳香胺、芳香醛和酮的三组分一锅法Mannich反应。该催化体系适应面较广,具有操作步骤简单,反应条件温和,产率较高的特点。

A novel surfaetant——sodium 4 - polyethylene glycol dibezenesulfonate was prepared from polyethylene glycol and was used to catalyze the three - component one - pot Marmieh reaction of ketone with various aromatic aldehydes and different amines in water. The reaction processed smoothly at ambient temperature and afforded the corresponding β-amino ketone in good to exeeUent yields. This method provides a simple procedure of the three - component Mannieh reaetion, n in mild reaction conditions.
