摘要
In the acid condition of pH 4.5~6.8,congo red(CR) reacts with sisomicin(SISO) to form red ion association complexes and bring to the red solution fading of gongo red.The maximum fading wavelengths were located 504nm,the apparent molar absorptivities(ε) was 2.31×104 L·mol-1·cm-1.The concentration of sisomicin obeys Lombard Beer’s law in 0.10mg/L~6.72mg/L.A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of sisomicin(SISO) has been developed.The optimum reaction conditions and the chief properties of analytical chemistry were studied.The method may was applied to determine the content of the city sell sisomicin and sisomicin in Human urine liquid and Human serum.
