拮抗细菌R26发酵滤液对灰葡萄孢菌的抑菌活性研究 被引量:5

摘要 在离体条件下,测定了拮抗细菌R26对灰葡萄孢菌的抑制作用,结果表明,R26发酵滤液能抑制灰葡萄孢菌丝生长,EC50值为10.63μL/mL;经R26发酵滤液(40μL/mL)处理后,灰葡萄孢菌体形态发生明显变化;R26发酵滤液能抑制灰葡萄孢菌孢子萌发,并能抑制芽管伸长,当浓度达80μL/mL时,对灰葡萄孢菌产孢量的抑制率达57.51%。 The fermented filtrate of bacteria isolate R26 could inhibit the mycelium growth of Botrytiscinerea with an ECs0 of 10. 63μL/mL. The morphology of Botrytis cinerea mycelia was changed obviously after treated with R26 fermented filtrate(40μL/mL). Spore germination and tube elongation were inhibited by R26 fermented filtrate. The inhibition rate of spore production reached to 57.51% when the Botrytis cinerea was treated with fermented filtrate at 80μL/mL.
