城市居民医疗承受能力影响因素分析

STUDY ON INFLUENCING FACTORS OF BEARING ABILITY OF MEDICAL EXPENDITURE IN URBAN INHABITANTS

[目的]对居民医疗服务承受能力的影响因素进行研究.[方法]采用Logistic回归分析探索医疗承受能力的影响因素.[结果]影响医疗承受能力的因素有:被调查者年龄、年家庭医疗费用、文化程度和人均月收入。医疗承受能力随年家庭医疗费用的增长、年龄的增大而降低。年家庭医疗费用1000元以下的被调查者医疗承受能力是5000元以上者的2倍,年龄为18岁～组的被调查者医疗费用可承受比例是60～69岁组的1.5倍。医疗承受能力随文化程度和人均月收入的增高而增强。小学文化的被调查者医疗费用可承受比例是大专以上被调查者的0.6倍,人均月收入400元的被调查者医疗费用可承受比例是1200元以上被调查者的0.6倍。[结论]老年人、大病患者、贫困人口是医疗保障重点关注人群,保障他们的基本医疗服务是政府、社会的职责。

[Objective]To study the influencing factors of bearing ability of medical expenditure in urban inhabitants.[Methods]The influence factors of bearing ability of medical expenditure were analyzed by logistic regression.[Results]The factors which influenced the bearing ability of medical expenditure included age,annual family medical expenditure,educational levels and monthly income per person.The bearing ability of medical expenditure increased with the increase of family medical expenditure,and decreased with the increase of age.The bearing ability of people whose annual family medical expenditure was above 5000 Yuan was two times greater than those below 1000 Yuan.The bearing ability of people at the age of 18-29 years was 1.5 times greater than that of people at the age of 60-69 years.The bearing ability was increased with the increase of education levels and monthly income per person on average.The bearing ability of people with primary school education was 0.6 time as greater as those with university diploma,as well as that of people with monthly income per person below 400 Yuan was 0.6 time as greater as those above 1200 Yuan.[Conclusion]Medical care assurance should be emphasis on aged people,patients suffering severe disease and poverty people,and the government and society should take responsibility for ensuring these people’s basis medical services.
