摘要
[目的]综合评价我国儿童营养不良症发生的危险因素;[方法]应用Meta分析的固定效应模型和随机效应模型,对国内近10年有关儿童单纯性肥胖危险因素的病例对照研究进行定量综合分析。[结果]儿童营养不良与父亲职业、蛋白质摄入、患病情况等因素有关,其合并OR值分别为4.01、3.48、1.43。[结论]加强孕妇,乳母营养教育,防制儿童常见病,改善婴幼儿的营养和卫生状况,有助于减少儿童营养不良。
[Objective]To synthetically evaluate the risk factors of malnutrition of children in our country.[Methods]Case control Studies about the risk factors of Simple obesity in Children in recent 10 years from 1995-2005 were synthetically and quantitatively analyzed by fix effect model and random effect model of Meta analyses.[Results]Malnutrition of children were significantly associated with father’s occupation,protein intake and the diseases,and the ORs were 4.01,3.48 and 1.43,respectively.[Conclusion]In order to combat malnutrition in children,efforts should be taken to drive the nutrition education for pregnant and lactating mothers,control common diseases of children,and improve the condition of nutrition and sanitation for infants.
