摘要
[目的]对秦皇岛市食品中单核细胞增生李斯特菌的污染状况进行监测与分析。[方法]用LB增菌液增菌后,接种青岛海博显色培养基进行分离,动力试验、溶血实验及API生化鉴定。[结果]从120份食品中检出单核细胞增生李斯特菌9株,总检出率为7.5%,其中从豆制品中检出2株,检出率为20%,速冻米面食品中检出4株,检出率为20%,水产品中检出3株,检出率为15%,其他样品未检出。[结论]我市首次从豆制品水产品速冻米面食品中检出单核细胞增生李斯特菌,且超市食品中该菌污染严重,应对超市食品进行重点监测。
[Objective]To monitor and analyze the contamination situation of Listeria monocytogenes on food in Qinhuangdao.[Methods]The samples were enriched bacteria by LB Enrichment broth firstly,then inoculated Qiangdao Haibo chromogenic medium to separate,followed by dynamic test,hemolysis test and API biochemical identification.[Results]9 strains of listeria monocytogenes were detected from 120 shares of food samples,the total detectable rate was 7.5%.The number of stains and detectable rates for listeria monocytogenes were 2(20%) ,4(20%) and 3(15%) ,respectively.The listeria monocytogenes was not detected from other food samples.[Conclusion]The study demonstrates that Listeria monocytogenes was first detected from bean food,deepfrozen food and aquatic products in Qinghuangdao.The contamination situation of Listeria monocytogenes on food in supermarket is rather severe,so surveillance on food in supermarket should be strengthened.
