摘要
[目的]探讨糖尿病与进展型脑梗塞的关系。[方法]回顾性分析58例进展型脑梗塞患者,对其血糖、血脂及颈动脉超声结果与其病变的相关性进行分析研究。[结果]58例进展型脑梗塞患者伴糖尿病的34例,颈动脉超声见斑块者30例,血糖值在15mmol/L以上者28例,胆固醇值在(5.98±1.62)mmol/L,两组间比较有统计学差异。[结论]糖尿病与进展型脑梗塞的发生发展密切相关,早期筛选出进展型脑梗塞的高危患者,及时控制血糖血脂有助于预防进展型脑梗塞的发生和发展。
[Objective]To explore the relationship between diabetes and progressing cerebral infarction.[Methods]A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the correlation of the level of blood glucose,blood fat,and the ultrasonic image of carotid arteries of 58 cases with progressing cerebral infarction.[Results]Out of 58 cases with progressing cerebral infarction,there were 34 patients with diabetes in cases,30 cases with cervical artery plaques and 28 cases with the blood glucose value being above 15 mmol/L The mean blood cholesterol was 5.98±1.62 mmoL/L in cases.There was significant difference between cases and control.[Conclusion]The diabetes is closely associated with progressing cerebral infarction.To early screening high risk patients of progressing cerebral infarction can prompt control blood glucose and blood fat as well as be helpful to prevent the occurring of progressing cerebral infarction.
