The government＇s offside and breach of duty in the economic rules and regulations is a very serious problem in Chinese economic construction. This problem needs to be studied very in earnest. This text mainly study that problem in three aspects ： the main expression and reason of lately period government＇ s offside and breach of duty in economic rules and regulations , and the accurate fixed position of the government in economic rules and regulations.
