摘要
主要介绍了相贯节点圆管结构杆件下料的一种新方法。通过任意1根杆件的展开图,得到任意2根杆件之间结合的最短长度,通过试探函数的方法得到优化的下料方式,并给出了下料的算法。该算法结构简明,易于实现。
New cutting stock method of tubular structure with intersection joints was introduced. According to the tube's unfold picture, the shortest length can be got by the combination between two tubes. Based on the method of tentative function, the best cutting method was acquired. And the algorithm is also given. Through this algorithm, we could save materials and reduce costs in the construction of tubular structures.
