摘要
通过盆栽试验比较了在不同镉污染程度的土壤条件下种植菜心,施用泥炭、木屑、有机肥和稻草秸杆等有机物料后,对抑制菜心吸收镉的效果。结果表明,在四种抑制物料中秸秆对抑制菜心吸收镉的效果最好,能显著降低植株茎叶中镉的质量分数,减少镉从根迁移到茎叶。
A pot experiment was conducted for comparing effects of soil amendments with peat, wood bits, organic manure and rice straw on cadmium accumulation in Brassica parachinensis cultivated in Cd contaminated and uncontaminated soil. The result shows that soil pH value and bioavailability of soil Cd were increased by the B. parachinensis cropping. The 4 organic material amendments decreased Cd accumulation in B. parachinensis significantly when comparing to the control, and the rice straw amendment had the highest efficiency on restricting the Cd accumulation.
