摘要 采用乙醚超声波萃取法提取广东稔子中的挥发油。以毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其进行分离、鉴定,鉴定了33种化学成分。并用面积归一法确定其相对含量.研究结果表明稔子挥发油中含有3-甲基-α-蒎烯,反-石竹烯,香树烯(香橙烯),荜澄茄烯(杜松烯)等多种具有药理活性的成分。因此,广东稔子是一种具有较好前景的天然药用资源。 The volatile oil was extracted from the Fructus rhodomyrti using ethyl ether by supersonic. The chemical constituents in the essential oils were analyzed by GC/MS. The relative contents of the constituents were determined by peak area nomalization method. Thirty-three identified compounds mainly included methyl-apopinene, trans-caryophyllene, ( + ) -aromadendrene, δ-cadinene, which had high pharnmacological effect. Fructus rhodomyrti is a kind of natural drug resource, which holds enormous potential.
