摘要
以监理在爆破安全中的重要性出发,阐述监理在爆破工程施工过程中的作用,提出监理人员应采取目标规划、动态控制、信息管理等措施介入爆破施工安全监理。
The effect of safety monitoring in blasting engineering is elaborated based on the importance of supervision in blasting safety. Measures such as objective planning, dynamic control and information management, which the supervisor should adopt is putt forward.
