摘要
研究了不同pH值3羟基2萘甲酸的荧光性质,并用荧光双倒数法测定了3羟基2萘甲酸与β环糊精包结物在不同pH值的生成常数,结果表明疏水作用和氢键对包结物的形成起重要作用。
The effect of pH values on the fluorescence of 3 hydroxy 2 naphthoic acid were studied and the formation constants of its inclusion complex with β CD were determined. Our results indicate that the hydrophobic interactions and hydrogen bonding play an important role in the formation of the inclusion complex. [WT5”HZ]
