简要介绍了皮肤的结构和功能,重点综述了经皮给药传输系统的定义,影响传输的因素及传输系统的种类,以及其在化妆品中的重要作用。主要介绍了微乳液、脂质体、微胶囊、纳米技术及尼龙颗粒、多孔聚合物微球等。为配方师更好地将传输系统应用到功效产品中提供了很好的依据。
The article described briefly the function and the structure of skin, with emphasis on the definition of TDDS( transdermal drug delivery system), complication and classification of delivery system, as well as its important roles in cosmetics. The mieroemulsions, liposomes, microcapsule, nanotechnology, nylon particles, and porous polymer microsphere were mainly introduced. It provided a good basis to cosmetic formulators for applying the delivery system to the effective products.
