摘要
本文采用ｐＨ滴定法准确测定了胸腺嘧啶核苷与几种过渡金属离子的配位数和逐级稳定常数，并对其配位作用规律进行了讨论。
The coordination numbers and the stepwise stability constants of thymidine transition metal(Pd 2+ , Co 2+ , Ni 2+ ) complexes, were determined by using pH titration method at (20.0±0.2)℃. The coordination rules, such as the variation in the stepwise stability constants, were discussed.
