摘要
目的:根据额窦的人类学形态特征,通过颅骨X光片额窦空间结构进行观测,建立一种准确、快速的个人识别鉴定系统。方法:对114例人颅骨X光正位片的额窦形态结构进行观察,确定其形态特征点及其编码,比对数字编码进行同一认定。分析22项额窦观察指标,提出14项新的具有显著个体特异性指标用于个人识别。结果:本组均有独立的数字编码序列,男、女性间的观察指标无统计学意义。结论:人颅骨X光片的额窦空间结构数字编码系统可作为法医人类学同一认定手段之一,其方法操作简单、快速、实用;本研究建立的指标系统极大提高了额窦的鉴别效能。
Objective: To develop an exact and fast identification approach by using the frontal sinus. Methods: The morphological characteristic of the frontal sinus of 114 skull radiographs was observed. The characteristics of the frontal sinus were indexed by digital codes. The set of digital codes that described morphological characteristics of the frontal sinus were used to identify skull radiograph. A total of 22 kinds of the morphological characteristics of the frontal were developed for identifying, and 14 kinds of new morphological characteristics were deceloped for the first time. Results: There was no statistic difference in these morphological characteristics between the male and female. The characteristics of frontal sinuses of 114 samples studied were digitally indexed. Each sample brought a unique set of digital codes describing the frontal sinus. Conclusion: The code system of frontal sinus can be applied to identification of forensic anthropology. It is the better approach to digitally index the characteristics of the frontal sinus, and this approach is simple, fast and useful.
