摘要 目的:探讨Kager s脂肪垫的解剖结构和生理功能。方法:通过尸体(3具)大体解剖和正常志愿者(2人)小腿下1/3以下薄层螺旋CT图像的连续追踪观察,运用3D-DOCTOR软件,在计算机上分割重建并立体显示Kager s脂肪垫和其相关毗邻解剖结构;B超动态观察Kager s脂肪垫、跟腱囊和跟腱在踝关节运动中的关系。结果:Kager s脂肪垫具有明确的解剖界限。成功重建并立体显示小腿皮肤与深筋膜、胫腓骨下段以及全部足骨、Kager s脂肪垫及其毗邻结构的三维可视化模型;B超动态观察了Kager s脂肪垫、跟腱囊与跟腱在踝关节运动中的相互关系。结论:证明了Kager s筋膜室的存在,并阐述了Kager s脂肪垫的解剖结构和生理功能。 Objective: To explore the anatomic structure and the physiological function of Kager's fat pad. Methods: Gross cadaveric anatomy and continuous tracing observation of the normal volunteer legs continuous lamellar spiral CT pictorials were performed, and with the help of 3D-DOCTOR software three-dimensional, Kager's fat pad and its adjacent anatomic structures were also reconstructed; the relationships of Kager's fat pad achilles tendon and the bursa of calcaneal tendon during ankle movements were dynamic observed by ultrasound. Results: Kager's fat pad has very clear anatomic boundaries. The three-dimensional visible model of left leg skin and deep fascia , inferior segment of tibiofibula, the whole foot bones, Kager's fat pad and its adjacent structures were successfully reconstructed on computer. The relationships of Kager's fat pad, Achilles tendon and the bursa of calcaneal tendon during ankle movements were successfully dynamic observed. Conclusion: The authors demonstrate the existence of Kager's osteo-fascial compartment and illuminate the structure and the physiological functions of Kager's fat pad.
