三峡水库四期移民综合监理研究

水库移民综合监理是三峡移民工作中创造的一种新型的技术经济管理制度,经过一期、二期、三期移民综合监理实践,证明综合监理对规范移民管理工作,促进移民工程建设进度、保证移民工程质量和投资效益具有重要作用。三峡四期移民任务艰巨,综合监理需要进一步加强研究与创新,主要从综合监理的目标与范围、执行与控制、主要工作方法、主要成果形式、综合监理的组织保证及监理人员的职责范围进行了研究,提出了加强四期移民综合监理工作的建议。

The general supervision for resettlement created in TGP is a new management system.Through practice in Stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ TGP resettlement,it is proved that the general supervision plays an important role in normalizing resettlement management,promoting resettlement works construction,guaranteeing resettlement works quality and investment benefit.The task in Stage Ⅳ resettlement is arduous,the general supervision needs to be strengthened and innovated further,the main research is conducted in the aspects of targets and scope,implement and control,main work method,main achievement form,organization guarantee for general supervision and duty scope of supervisor and the suggestions to strengthen general supervision work are put forward.
